From entrepreneurial success to early stages of success in music, Ar-Rasheed S. Brisco Jr. is continuing to build his brand and branch out into the world of podcasting. Originally from New Jersey, Ar-Rasheed S. Brisco Jr is an American musician and entrepreneur who initially was known for owning 'New Life Credit Consultants' a credit consulting company that helped clients restore and repair damaged credit.
His new show called the 'Learning from L's' podcast, which is centered around finding the lesson or 'the L' in stories that happen in the news. The subject matter can range from sports to politics to celebrities to breaking news and realty anything in between. He is often alone in speaking about these topics; but as of late has had the assistance of cohosts who are typically his friends or fraternity brothers.
Their latest episode 'Finally Free & Still Slavin'' was about the Juneteenth holiday and the new business surrounding it. They also touched on Kamala Harris's speech to elementary school children, the employee who never missed a day of work at Burger King for 27 years and Lia Thomas being banned from competing in women's collegiate sports as a transgender athlete.
Ar-Rasheed and his crew put out full length episodes; but also mix up the content by having short-form episodes with the 'Headlines You Missed' series. Their current events are discussed as one-off clips which are meant to be much shorter than full-length episodes. Those are available twice a week in between the releases of full-length shows. The podcasts is now also being recorded to see the video of the podcast for the listeners to enjoy.
