Balachandar Karthikeyan, a 28-year-old technologist from India has been working closely with the co-founder of WhatsApp for several years after the techie discovered a flaw in the application's security system. The pair also worked on a new startup called Signal Messenger and have dominated the social media communications app vertical.
Now, Balachandar is widely recognized in the industry for his passion for technology and his dedication to the industry. As one of the only Indian men in the tech space without a college degree, this self-taught expert is maintaining a steady foothold in the social media communications landscape.
As a developer in this industry, he is also the chief executive officer and founder of Bringar Research & Development Pvt. Ltd. in India and Bringar Apps LLC in Dubai, where he developed his own communications platform-WhatsAuto - Reply App.
'I created an app called WhatsAuto - Reply App as a way to consolidate each different chat app into one, easy to use place,' Balachandar explains. This application has reached a staggering 25 million businesses worldwide, with a mission to help small and medium businesses around the world to be more productive by offering them an affordable chatbot that can be used without any technical knowledge.
'This was developed purely by my company and myself, without any funding from outside investors, " Balachandar goes on to say. WhatAuto works to help companies and individuals grow their network in every possible aspect with in-depth insight into users' chatbot statistics report. With powerful reporting, each user can monitor and analyze their individual chatbot messages.
With organic growth, spread by word of mouth, the company is planning to reach 1 billion users in 5 years and become a global chatbot app leader. With WhatAuto, users can create a chatbot more easily without having any technical knowledge or an understanding of coding and be able to connect with each social messaging app with just a single click.
Balachandar is optimistic about the growth of his company and the enterprise that he is building. As a tech expert without a prestigious degree, this young man from India is gathering a wide scope of information for his company's users and making it easier than ever to understand the chatbot landscape.
